Kingfish

Hi guys a couple of days ago I went fishing and caught a massive 9.96 kg kingfish sadly it was 25 grams off the previous club record, (I belong to the Mercury Bay Game fishing Club)  the record for a Kingfish caught by a junior on 10kg line weight is 9.985kg and has been held since 1998. Hopefully I get  a pin for the biggest Junior kingfish on 10kg this season.  I was fishing off the coast of Cooks Beach on my Poppas boat Avian.
